Welcome to MSN Carriers. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our services, website, and any associated offerings. By using our services or accessing our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

1. Definitions

  • Company" refers to MSN Carriers.

  • "Client" refers to any individual, business, or organization utilizing our services.

  • "Services" include but are not limited to logistics, transportation, warehousing, and related offerings provided by the Company.

  • "Agreement" refers to this document and any subsequent amendments.

2.1 Logistics and Transportation:
Our services include road transport, tipper truck operations, tautliner transport, and other logistics solutions tailored to client needs.

2.2 Additional Services:
Any additional services, such as warehousing or special handling, will be outlined in the specific service agreement.

3.1 Quotations:
All quotations provided by MSN Carriers are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

3.2 Bookings:
Bookings must be confirmed in writing, along with a signed agreement and/or purchase order, before services commence.

3.3 Payment Terms:
Clients are required to adhere to the agreed payment terms outlined in their service agreement. Late payments may incur interest at a rate determined by the Company.

4.1 Accurate Information:
Clients must provide accurate and complete information about the goods being transported or stored.

4.2 Compliance:
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all goods comply with applicable laws and regulations, including permits and licenses where necessary.

4.3 Packaging and Labeling:
Clients must ensure that all goods are properly packaged and labeled to prevent damage during transit.

5.1 Goods in Transit:
While we take every precaution to ensure the safe handling and delivery of goods, MSN Carriers shall not be held liable for loss, damage, or delay caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, strikes, or accidents.

5.2 Insurance:
Clients are encouraged to arrange appropriate insurance coverage for their goods. The Company does not provide automatic insurance unless specified in the agreement.

6.1 Cancellation:
Cancellations must be made in writing. Fees may apply if cancellation occurs after services have commenced or within 24 hours of the scheduled service.

6.2 Modifications:
Changes to service details must be communicated promptly and may be subject to additional charges.

MSN Carriers respects your privacy and is committed to safeguarding your confidential information. We will not disclose client information to third parties without prior consent unless required by law.

The following items are prohibited and will not be accepted for transportation or storage:

  • Hazardous materials not properly declared or packaged.

  • Illegal substances or items.

  • Perishable goods without prior agreement.

MSN Carriers reserves the right to terminate any service agreement without notice if the Client violates these terms or engages in unlawful activities.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.

MSN Carriers reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
